1.Acceptance
The purchaser agrees to accept these terms and conditions by placing his/her order with “Poly Gone Cowboy”.
2. Warranty
This warranty does not cover damage due to neglect, misuse, abuse or accident.The purchaser agrees to pay for the freight of any goods to be returned under this warranty and to contact “Poly Gone Cowboy” before returning goods under this warranty to receive a return authorization.
3. Return Policy
“Poly Gone Cowboy” ensures that your order is packaged and handled with due care.
However if you received a damaged, defective or incorrect item you may return any of the items purchased from “Poly Gone Cowboy” has to be reported within 5 days of delivery.
A fully refund can only be granted if “Poly Gone Cowboy” sent an incorrect item.
Any refused shipments will be charged at 20% restocking fee and credited less the original shipping costs.
Important: Please contact “Poly Gone Cowboy” prior to returning any goods. The cost of return freight will be the purchaser’s responsibility. All other goods will be replaced free of charge.
We will only issue refunds for the return of items that have no signs of obvious use.
4. Prices
All recommended prices quoted on this website are in Australian dollars, incl.GST and exclusive of shipping and handling fees. Overseas orders by credit card will use the exchange rate on the day they are charged, which might vary from the exchange rate on the day of order.
International visitors wishing to calculate the equivalent in their own currency, can do so online.
For currency conversion please visit The Universal Currency Converter website to determine the exact amount for your order when converting to or from AU$. Note: Your bank may charge conversion fees upon placement of the order, this is not controlled by “Poly Gone Cowboy” nor its agreement with PayPal for use of Merchant facilities on this website.
5. Stock Delivery
We usually ship your order within 2 business days. But please allow up to 14 working days for delivery of your order, just in case we do not have your requested item in stock. In this case you will receive a notification e-mail. If you would like to check the delivery time for a particular item please contact us.
6. Orders
All items are sold on a no refund basis.
7. Payment Terms
Please Note: Payments are due in full on placement of order. Your order will only be dispatched once your payment has been received. We offer several options you can choose from to pay for your products: – we will contact you on receipt of your order to confirm your payment and delivery details.
We accept VISA, MasterCard and Australia Post Money Order.
Note a): For an order lower that $ 21 we will add a handling fee of $ 10.
Note b): Transfer Fees and Shipping Fees are not included in our unit prices. The Fees will be shown at the Check out or also indicated in the shop. If necessary we will contact you on receipt of your order to quote your shipping fees based on the quantities you order.
